2017 Winner of the Master Builder Awards

Winner - The Collinsville | Best use of Sloping Sites

This amazing home was easily the most challenging and “out of our comfort zone” build we’ve completed in the last 12 months.

This Collinsville build single-handedly demonstrates our passion and ability to build on a client’s supplied block to their style and specifications.

The greatest challenges to overcome on this build were –

1.Scope of works and inclusions outside our usual specifications, while using our existing trades and suppliers

2.Extremely sloping site

3.Provide services – water tanks and envirocycle

4.Bushfire rating

The home comes equipped with the 2017 Choice Homes 365 Building Specification, with the addition of inclusion styles from yesteryear, all provided by our usual suppliers.

Features of the home include -

4 Bedrooms with B.I.R’s

Raked and 9ft ceiling

Magnificent cladding and VJ board internally throughout

Steel post home

Open plan Family / Dining / Kitchen with Butlers pantry

Ensuite to Master Bedroom with W.I.R

Timber flooring

Oversized timber deck

Traditional yet modern take on the facade

The finished product enjoys the best of yesteryear styling combined with today's construction, with an enviable street-scape from the road and incredible outlook via the breezy decks and living areas.

The Collinsville's balance of new and old gives the bathroom a really unique and warm feel.

Yes, it was a challenging site and yes we are so happy with the finished product!

It was an absolute pleasure to show variety in our scope of works, love the kitchen to living area!

... and our AMAZING clients predicted the win at handover, December of last year, how good is that!
