From the outset I was kept well informed of the progress of the build by Alex (Contract Administrator), Naomi (Approvals And Plans Administrator), Rowena (Accounts Receivable) and Steve (Construction Manager). The fact that the build was completed in a timely manner despite a cyclone, several days of inclement weather, and in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic is an absolute credit to Choice Homes. Unfortunately due to travel restrictions caused by Covid-19 I have unable thus far to visit the property; however Choice have regularly sent me photos of the various stages of the build. Choice Homes was introduced to me through a family friend and after seeing the potential lot and plans for my first home, I knew it was meant for me. They provided me with an all inclusive cost, so I felt secure knowing I wouldn't have to spend any extra money and I was also able to use my FHOG! I was kept up-to-date with automatic emails and had access to view photos and extras online. It also looks like I get to move into my house earlier than the predicted due date, which was great.
