One of the most popular housing estates in the high-growth suburb of Ormeau has sold over 75 per cent of its house and land packages in under 12 months since it was launched.
Stage One’s 35 blocks have only two remaining while Stage Two has sold 32 of its 50 available home sites with construction well underway on a number of homes.
